Die Anlage ist groß aber in die Jahre gekommen . Die Polarlandschaft ist sehr schön und auch gepflegt . Die Zimmer sind großzügig und sauber . Das Hauptrestaurant ist ein Riesen Problem : Morgens (wir sind Frühaufsteher, das heißt das wir um 7:00 Uhr Frühstücken gehen ) muss man auf Besteck warten und die Tische sind noch dreckig vom Abend davor . Wenn ich sehe das man in einem 5 Sterne Restaurant Plastiklöffel bekommt um sein Kaffee oder Tee umzurühren. Nicht im einem Restaurant und schon mal garnicht 5 Sterne . Das Restaurant ist dunkel und dreckig , das Essen ist nicht mal lauwarm und vom Geschmack wollen wir erstmal garnicht reden . Service ist Mangelware , das kenne ich nicht hier in Ägypten. Die schönste Zeit hatten wir, wenn wir am Strand waren . Das Riff ist einfach traumhaft . Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu weiterzuempfehlen.

Die Jungs am Strand sind sehr aufmerksam, die Kellner im Restaurant naja da geht noch was .....
Direkte Strandlage , schönes Hausriffs , eine sehr schöne Marina mit einkaufen Möglichkeit und Restaurants sowie auch Bars

All of the comments you raised in your review have been shared with the management team and I would like to take the time to offer the following feedback. Please note that our team of Chefs are consistently checking and replenishing serving dishes as required for the duration of the meal, furthermore the hotel works with a 7 day rolling menu providing varying International theme dishes and several live cooking stations (pizza, pasta, BBQ grill, salad station) are also available supplementary to the main buffet dishes. The menu includes 5 varieties of fresh fruit available daily and the buffet is always offering a vegetable dish at both lunch and dinner. I am sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with some points of your stay. All of your comments have been taken on board by our Manager who will consider all comments for future guests.
