Die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet mit 2 Poolanlagen 1 Mal mit Süßwasser und 1 Mal mit Salzwasser. Sie sind nicht tief höchstens 1,5 Meter. Das Meer ist direkt am Hotel. Es ist auch schön, aber man muss auch sehr weit schwimmen, damit es überhaupt mal tief wird. Das Essen ist schlecht. Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet.
Am Anfang haben wir Trinkgeld für die Reinigung gegeben. Dann wurde das Zimmer ordentlich gereinigt. Später haben wir kein Trinkgeld mehr gegeben und haben dann erst mal kein Kaffee mehr bekommen. Dann keinen Tee. Daraufhin krabbelten Armeisen rum, die nicht sauber gemacht wurden.
Die Kellner erwarten ebenfalls Trinkgeld. Wenn man ihnen nichts gibt und sie um was bittet, verziehen sie das Gesicht und schauen auch nicht, ob man zum Biepsiel was zu trinken hat oder nicht, während sie andere Gäste ständig fragen.
Das Personal kümmert sich nur um unsere Wünsche, wenn es Trinkgeld bekommt. Ansonsten sind sie sehr unhöflich. Trinkgeld erwarten sie jeden Tag, nicht nur einmal. Sobald man nichts gibt, wird man auch nicht beachtet.

Wir haben das Angebot nach Luxor genommen, um die Tempel und den Tal der Könige zu besichtigen. Haben 200 Euro zu zweit dafür bezahlt und sind mit dem Bus 380 km ca. 5 Stunden nach Luxor gefahren. Unser Bus hatte sowohl bei der Hinfahrt, als auch bei der Rückfahrt eine Panne. Der Busfahrer und der Reiseleiter haben uns dann trotzdem noch nach Trinkgeld gefragt, was aber allgemein ständig gemacht wird, ohne dass man es selbst anbietet. Die Reise war sehr anstrengend aber der Tempel und sie Gräber waren sehr schön.

Please note that our team of Chefs are consistently checking and replenishing serving dishes as required for the duration of the meal, furthermore the hotel works with a 7 day rolling menu providing varying International theme dishes and several live cooking stations (pizza, pasta, BBQ grill, salad station) are also available supplementary to the main buffet dishes. The menu includes 5 varieties of fresh fruit available daily and the buffet is always offering a vegetable dish at both lunch and dinner. I am sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with some points of your stay. These comments have been taken on board by our Manager who will consider all comments for future guests.
