Unser Zimmer wurde immer sehr sauber gereinigt. Mit dem Essen waren wir im großen und ganzen zufrieden. Hotelanlage sehr gepflegt.
Zimmer ist groß und gemütlich. Positiv ist auch die große Dusche mit Glastüre. Die Badtüre fand ich etwas eigenartig, da diese oben und unten offen ist. Wir hatten Blick auf die Lagune. Konnten aber auch ein Stück Meer sehen.
Wir waren mit dem Essen eigentlich zufrieden. Sie Auswahl ist zwar nicht sonderlich groß, wir haben aber jedoch immer etwas leckeres gefunden. Am Abend war allerdings immer zu wenig Personal im Hauptrestaurant. Tische wurden nicht oder spät abgeräumt, so dass diese nicht für neue Gäste zur Verfügung standen. Oft fehlte auch das Besteck auf den Tischen. Das Problem ließe sich aber mit 2-3 zusätzlichen Service - Kräften lösen. Im Restaurant Lagoon, bei welchem man 1 mal pro Woche Früh, Mittag und Abends essen darf, unterscheidet sich aber kaum von der Essensauswahl zum Hauptrestaurant. Der Chef bzw. Oberkellner des Lagoon versucht immer kostenpflichtige Getränke wie eine Flasche Wein, Orangensaft, usw. zu verkaufen. Lehnt man dies ab, ist es sichtlich beleidigt. Als sehr störend fand ich im Lagoon, dass der besagte Oberkellner bzw. Chef den ganzen Abend seine Kellner, über 2 - 3 Tische hinweg angeschriehen hat. Das macht man nicht vor den Gästen. Zerstört das ganze Ambiente. Außerdem gab es für mich keinen Grund. Die Keller haben einem tollen Job gemacht.
Das ganze Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer wurde immer Top gereinigt. Dafür ein riesen Lob! Besonders erwähnen möchte ich Ahmet von der Strandbar. Er hat uns immer super versorgt und war stets gut gelaunt. Danke dafür. Leider gab es einen Kellner der immer sehr direkt fragte, "doch you have a present for me?" das macht man nicht, war aber nur einer.
Hotel liegt direkt am Strand mit Steg zum schnorcheln. Es sind nur ein paar Minuten zum Hafen. Dort ist immer was los. Perfekt zum essen, feiern, shoppen.

All of the comments you raised in your review have been shared with the management team and I would like to take the time to offer the following feedback. Please note that our team of Chefs are consistently checking and replenishing serving dishes as required for the duration of the meal, furthermore the hotel works with a 7 day rolling menu providing varying International theme dishes and several live cooking stations (pizza, pasta, BBQ grill, salad station) are also available supplementary to the main buffet dishes. The menu includes 5 varieties of fresh fruit available daily and the buffet is always offering a vegetable dish at both lunch and dinner. Please note that there is enough staff members in the restaurants and all the tables are cleaned and prepared for new guests with cutlery with in 5 minutes. I am sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with some points of your stay. These comments have been taken on board by our Manager who will consider all comments for future guests.
