Aufenthalt im großen und Ganzen ok. Service leider total enttäuschend und lustlos. Hotelbeschreibung stimmt so nicht! Es gibt kein Tennisplatz, kein Billard, kein Basketballplatz und kein Tischtennis! Was für uns leider auch ein Kriterium war dieses Hotel zu buchen da es in jeder Beschreibung von allen Veranstalter drin stande. Leider wurden wir vor Ort enttäuscht nachdem wir Lange nach Aktivitäten suchten. Unser Sohn war auch sehr enttäuscht. Als wir dies an der Rezeption erklärten kam leider nur, wir geben es weiter. Sehr sehr schlecht!!
Hatten ein Familienzimmer mit Gartenblick. Zimmer waren groß und sehr geräumig. Balkon war auch sehr groß im Verhältnis zu den anderen Hotels in denen wir bereits waren.
Service...Naia leider eher enttäuschend. Man wurde im Hauptrestaurant kaum war genommen außer man gibt Trinkgeld. Was sehr schade ist, ich denke die Kellner sollten sich erst beweisen und dann dafür ein kleines Geld bekommen. Getränke mussten wir immer selber an der Bar holen da wir nicht bedient worden sind. Am Strandrestaurant und Aquaparrestaurant Bestellung über QR Code was sehr super war. Essen ging sehr schnell aber aufs Trinken musste man leider schon gute 20 bis 30 Minuten warten. Mit kleinen Kinder schon eine Zumutung. Bis auf 2,3 wenige Ausnahmen waren die Kellner leider sehr lustlos. Echt sehr schade daher waren wir vom Service leider echt enttäuscht.
Transferzeit gute 2,5 Std vom Flughafen. Vor dem Hotel gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

The hotel has not had a tennis court since 2022 and we do provide other activities such as table tennis, volleyball, mini golf and more. The hotel is responsible for its own information channels such as our website and social media, and we can assure you that the given information on these channels are up to date and correct.
