Ein altes abgewohntes Hotel, welches den Namen Radisson nicht verdient. Das Zimmer und insbesondere das Badezimmer sind nicht wirklich sauber und wirken total ungepflegt. Auch das Personal in den Restaurants ist eher unfreundlich und erweckt den Eindruck, dass man als Gast nicht wirklich willkommen ist.
Zimmer sehr abgewohnt, ungepflegt und teilweise schmutzig.
Das übliche Fastfood. Keinerlei Spezialitäten.

Swimmingpool wirkt vernachlässigt. Extrem laute (arabische) Musik am Pool - nicht auszuhalten für Normalsterbliche.

Please be informed that I personally have spoken to the concerned Department Heads and clearly expressed my thoughts in regards to your constructive comments and have taken actions in several areas that you have pointed out. Regarding the inappropriate services provided by some of our colleagues, please be sure that such defects will disappear in a very short time as the hotel already started an intensive training program for all colleagues on the hospitality standards and how to satisfy our valued guests and handle their requirements in the most proper way. Regarding the maintenance issues you found in the room; especially in the bathroom .., I assure to you that you will notice the difference on your next visit as the hotel is started already a comprehensive renovation plan for all rooms to enhance the room level and to cover such maintenance issues as well.
