Erstens: Die Zimmer auf der Straße sind sehr laut und die ganze Nacht über heulende Motorräder und der übliche, ununterbrochene Horn ertönt. Zweitens: Es gibt nur zwei Standorte an der Rezeption für Hunderte von Zimmern, und der Check-In-Check-Out ist sehr langsam. Drittens: Sie zahlen 10 Dollar für den Shuttle, wenn der Flughafen nur 3 km entfernt ist

The service provided to our guests is our main concern and it would certainly appear that there was a shortfall in the high standards that we endeavor to maintain at our Hotel and at all Radisson Hotels. Please be informed that I personally have spoken to the concerned Department Heads and clearly expressed my thoughts in regards to your constructive comments and have taken actions in several areas that you have pointed out. Regarding the long time taken for checking in .... please be sure that such defect will disappear in a very short time as the hotel already in the process of hiring more colleagues in the front Office department to save the time of our guests. Regarding the noise in the rooms facing street, please be sure that we are working to fix such defect by increase the windows isolation through the renovation process which is taking place now in all rooms. As for the shuttle bus cost, we are keen to provide our guests with the best quality of service and this is the only reason for the high price. Please be be sure that our brand main goal is YOUR 100% satisfaction guarantee and we are genuinely care that our dearest guests enjoy our excellent services extended to all of them which certainly reflect our product’s efficiency.
