Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht aber Raucherzimmer bekommen, unser weiteres gebuchtes Zimmer war im Bad mit Schimmel, auf dem Bett Haare. Ziemlich abgewöhnt von der Decke fällt der Putz. Obwohl wir nicht übernachtet haben ist Geld einbehalten worden!!!
