Wenig Service, man muss jede Kleinigkeit (z.B. Koffer wiegen ) bezahlen. Am Pool keine Ordnung, jeder macht was er will. Ausgenommen davon ist das Personal. Immer freundlich und auch hilfsbereit. Keinen separaten Bereich für Kinder
Getränke in Pappbecher, wenn man sich vorher nicht ein Glas aus dem Restaurant mitgenommen hat.
Die Fahrt vom Flughafen zum Hotel hat sehr lange gedauert ( 90 Minuten )und man wurde einfach an der Straße raus gelassen. Dafür durfte man mit Koffer dann über die Straße

Dear Renate,Thank you very much for choosing our hotel for your stay and for taking the time to give us your feedback.We are very glad that you found our staff members friendly and helpful to you!In our hotel's description all the extra charges are mentioned. Also, we never mentioned that there is a separate area for the kids.We do have though, a swimming pool for the kids and a play room. Kids are welcomed everywhere , cause we accomodate many families all the season.Regarding your transfer,we need to clarify that you booked that service with your travel agency propably ,and that is a separate service from the hotel and we do not have any control on that. The hotel offers,though, the option to our guests to book a private taxi with an extra charge, and the ride is 1hour,and the driver drops you off exactly outside of the hotel's entrance.
