Dear Cathi, thank you for giving us your feedback and for mentioning your good and not so good impressions of the Hotel. We are pleased to see that had enjoyed partly your stay and that we were close enough to satisfy your needs. Thank you for all the nice comments about our services and cleanliness. However we can also understand that in some points we did not meet your expectation, but we ask for your comprehension. This is a big all -inclusive hotel which can house a big amount of people, so it’s normal that from time to time it can get a little bit louder and of course busier, especially during our high season. Also the food can often differ, but taste is subjective and each person can interpretate it in a different way. That’s why we have a big variety in order to approach all kind of tastes.
