Dear Mr. Klaus, It is very hard, in fact impossible for us to understand how you came to the conclusion that the Rodos Princess is not suitable for German Families, when the bulk of our reservations is and always has been from the German Market. In May and June 60% of our clients are repeaters from Germany. All our staff members speak German and we have no discrimination against any nationality. Each and every one of our guests is valuable to us and their opinion important. We are an active and live hotel with many activities for couples and families organized by our animation which by the way speaks German Italian ,English, French and someone always speaks Russian. Our goal is to serve everyone the same way with the highest standard. We hope that we get another chance in the future to meet you again and maybe change your opinion.
