Hält nicht was es verspricht. Ueberfordertes Personal und Management. Ausschliesslich von russisch sprechenden Gästen belagert. Mahlzeiten eine Katastrophe. Hygiene ein Fremdwort. Liegen am Strand und am Pool von den selben Leuten morgens um 07.00 Uhr reserviert. Im Pool wurde geraucht.

  • Schön und gross. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Toilettenpapier immer knapp. Minibar leer, wurde auch nach mehrfachem Nachfragen nicht aufgefüllt. nicht einmal mit Wasser.

  • Auch hier 0 Punkte. Zu wenig Platz für die Gäste. Lange Warteschlange vor dem Speisesaal. Speisen am Buffet teilweise KALT. Für ein Spiegelei oder eine Omlette müssen Wartezeiten bis 20 Minuten in Kauf genommen werden. In Themen Restaurant freundlich, Qualität der Speisen unterer Durchschnitt. Keinsfalls 5 Sterne würdig. An Poolbar werden Getränkebecher nur kalt ausgespühlt unter laufendem Wasser, nicht sauber gereinigt.

I can assure you that we always seek to maintain the very highest standards of quality and service. Customer feedback forms a vital part of our business, and it is through your constructive comments that we are able to improve the service we offer guests in our hotel. Firstly, we would like to express our regret that you did not enjoy you holiday in our esteemed hotel, considering Royal M Al Aqah Beach Hotel & Resort accommodates thousands of satisfied guests each month and generally receives positive feedback upon their departure. All of the comments you raised in your review have been shared with the management team and I would like to take the time to offer the following feedback. Regarding your comment about the room cleaning, please note that all rooms are inspected for cleanliness and condition prior to guest check in by a housekeeping supervisor to ensure high cleanliness levels are achieved before checking any guest in. In case of defects recorded in a room they would be maintained before guest check in or an alternate room would be allocated. Furthermore, guest rooms are cleaned on a daily basis by our dedicated team of housekeeping staff whose work is further checked by housekeeping supervisors. Staffs cleaning trollies are fully equipped with all the necessary cleaning materials and chemicals to allow them to carry out their daily cleaning tasks and maintain a high level of cleanliness in guest rooms & public areas. As for minibar, kindly be informed that the minibar is empty and filled upon request against extra charge as minibar is not included in the all-inclusive concept. I am sorry to read that you were not completely satisfied with the service. Kindly note that our staff receive regular customer service training to ensure we are offering a high level of friendly professional service to all our guests from different nationalities. However, we will review this point to see where additional training can be implemented to enhance customer service standards and allow our colleagues to further anticipate guest needs. Reference to your good self-comments regarding the food, I would like to draw your attention that the hotel aims to cater for a wide range of nationalities, cultures, dietary needs and individual tastes by providing a rolling theme night menu varying international theme dishes and several live cooking stations (pizza, pasta, BBQ grill, salad station) are also available supplementary to the main buffet dishes. As well, we are providing three Ala Carte Restaurants Asian, Italian and sea food restaurants that are available for lunch and dinner.
