Dear Mr. Alexander, We are happy you enjoyed your stay at Santiburi Koh Samui: so sorry you could not experience the fine level of our cuisine at our outlets where we curate Guest Experience in a very detailed way. From the selection of local finest foods (e.g. Thai Wagyu beef) to exquisite table setting with different dining experience in each of our four restaurants, the quality you have experienced (and generously mentioned in your review) at Breakfast is replicated - and elevated to the cube - both at The Beach House, the Pool House and at Sala Thai at Santiburi, the only restaurant on the Island where you may dine on fine chinaware and precious silverware whilst savoring extremely curated dishes at absolutely reasonable prices, when compared to other five stars hotels on the island. With all that in mind, we hope in welcoming you back - as well as fellow readers od this review - at Santiburi Koh Samui in the not distant future.
