Für mich kein 5* Hotel, spartanische Zimmer, Essen ist massenabfertugung und nicht genießbar außer man ist bereit sein ganzen Urlaub Pasta zu essen(mittags und abends). Getränke gibt es in winzigen Einwegbechern (Egal was: Softdrinks, Bier u. Cocktails die man nicht Cocktails nennen darf). Die Anlage selber ist OK, mehr aber auch nicht, um den Urlaub halbwegs zu genießen sollte man viel Geld mitnehmen und Touren buchen (ausserhalb!!!, Hotel 100% Aufschlag). Kommunikation ehr schwierig, schlechte Englisch, Deutsch braucht man garnicht erst versuchen. Strand ist zwar direkt anliegend aber in meinen Augen gefährlich. Überall Steine und tote Korallen mit Seeigeln die schmerzhaft sind. Keiner möchte dahinten zum Arzt schon garnicht Kinder die ahnungslos im Wasser gehen. Im endeffekt muss es jeder selber wissen aber ich kann es nicht weiterempfehlen. Neben dem Hotel steht übrigens ein halbfertiger Bunker der den Anblick nicht verbessert. Hoffe konnte einigen weitehelfen und davor bewahren.

Actually, Family Chris, just complain about the food (is mass processing). at the end with no a specific reason Actually we have 9 days food cycle and, and we are quite sure it will not reach the satisfaction of the all nationalities in the hotel, but at the same time we are always using the international items to be suitable for the majority of the mixed nationalities in the hotel. This is true, at the beach bar and at the pool bar, we are using the Plastic cups, because of the safety of our clients, and the health and hygiene, the safety to avoid any problem if the glass broken around the bar, and the health & hygiene , because the plastic cup is only one way ( one use specially with the hot weather in Hurghada. Concerning the language, we have many staff are speaking different languages, and will do our best to cover this point soon. The stones and the dead corals in the beach, this the nature of the majority of the beaches in the Red Sea, and is forbidden to be removed according to environmental law.
