Eine traumhafte Anlage, nur wurde sie zu früh eröffnet, griechisches und italienisches Restaurant noch nicht fertig, Schwimmbad mit Rutschen öffnet sicher erst in einem Monat, ca 70 Zimmer noch nicht fertig, das Fitnesscenter auch nicht geöffnet. Die Zimmer wurden nur dürftig gereinigt, liegt sicher an der Startschwierigkeit durch die Neueröffnung. Essen nur lauwarm ansonsten wäre es gut, und ca 50% der Gäste wurden krank, auch wir..... schade da es eine von den schönsten Anlagen ist die wir gebucht haben.

We are thrilled to hear that you found our brand new hotel one of the most beautiful facilities you ever booked. We are sorry to hear that during your stay that our a la cart restaurant, water park wasn’t opened during your stay. We would like to inform you that the a la cart restaurant operates 5th of June, the water park from the 2nd of July. Also, it is important to note the Gym services were operational during the reported period, and our valued customers had the opportunity to utilize them as planned in our sister-Hotel across the road. We would like to inform you that further to the illness, that after medical tests and microbiological analysis the results shows a gastroenteritis virus was spread within hotel guests though the use of common areas.
