Dear guest, Thanks for sharing your opinion. We are happy to see that in general you had a great stay in our Aequora Lanzarote Suites. As in the majority of Spanish hotels, the check out is at 12:00H because our house keeping department need time to clean the rooms for the guests that will do the check in at 2:00H.
