Aus DeutschlandUns hat der Urlaub schon gefallen aber es hat uns gestört, dass nie ein Bademeister an einem der Pools war und es zu wenig Schattenplätze und Liegen gegeben hat. Ansonsten alles gut, sauberes Hotel/Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Wenig alkoholfreie Cocktails.

Dear Michael, We sincerely apologize for falling short of your expectations. Hopefully the issue with the sunlounges and umbrellas has been solved as we had an arrival of new equipment and there will be no further issues. As for our life guard situation. According to Geek Legislation if a hotel swimming pool does not have depth more than 1.40 meters it is not mandatory to provide lifeguards, though we have staff that are trained and able to provide help if needed.
