Dear Andre, We would like to thank you for choosing our hotel Smy Kos Beach & Splash for your holidays. We are really sorry to read that your stay with us did not meet your expectations. We can assure you that for everyone here in Smy Hotels, our priority is to make our guests feel at home and make their stay with us a memorable and unique experience. Personally, allow me to thank you for your feedback. Based on your valuable comments, we can take actions and improve our level of services and guest satisfaction even more. How ever, we would like to inform you that: In regards to All inclusive cocktails, our All inclusive cocktail list consists from 25 cocktails to choose from and the recipes are based on local liqueurs, juices and soft drinks as it is described in our brochure. Branded liqueurs and other products that are not included in AI concept as described in our brochure and in all information’s that is given during the booking process are at extra charge. Concerning the food, we follow a 14 days rotating menu and very rare somebody can find the same food. There are labels on food display that gives this information. we are really sorry that you didn’t like it. Food is always a matter of taste however our kitchen staff works very hard to prepare 2200 recipes of food daily, freshly cooked and with high quality products. Daily at the buffet there is a selection of 24 hot dishes, at the show cooking area there is daily grilled meat ( Rib eye, Sirloin stakes, Lamp chops, Chicken, pork, turkey) grilled fish, 2 kinds of pasta, 3 kinds of pizza. At the cold buffet there is a choice of more than 30 dishes to choose from. Mixt salads, fresh salads, cold appetizers, salad bar, cold cuts, cheeses etc. Also, at the snack area, we serve daily : Gyros, hot dogs, burgers, souvlaki, pasta, pizza and a variety of salads. We are really sorry if you didn’t find any of these 68 dishes that we cook daily for you choose from to your liking and we wish during your stay to had let us know so to cook for you something different. Concerning the soft drinks, we respect the fact that you didn’t like the taste as there is difference between the branded soft drinks but this difference is only in Cola, the rest of the products are similar to branded soft drinks and they are expensive as are local based on local businesses and not cheap syrup as you stating. In regards to the pools, also we would like to inform you that the pools are cleaned daily, tested daily and weekly. Our pools are certified as they are audited by certified external companies and the authorities. As concern the animation and the Mini Disco, our hotel caters to all nationalities and all shows and mini disco are in English language however our animation team speaks many languages and one of them is Polish not Russian. The access in all areas at the hotel is by stairs but also there are rumps, at the rooms there are stairs and we don’t mention in any of our information’s that there are lifts. If you had commented in your reservation that you wished for a ground floor we would have allocate you on ground floor. Overall, here at Smy Kos Beach and Splash our priority is our guests safety, satisfaction and comfort and we all work really hard to achieve that.
