Dear Vize, Thank you for your feedback. As mentioned in all kataloges and as most all inclusive hotels operate at the bars and restaurant is self service. Only alcohol drinks are with service. We at the Princess of Ko Hotel are very privileged to live and work in these natural unspoiled scenic surroundings. With this in mind we must take the environment into consideration. We promote environmental impact of our business activities. So yes we change our clients beach/pool towels 3 times per day. Food is always a matter of taste and we respect your opinion on this matter. Fortunately, the big majority of our guests rate our food very well. We hope you give us a chance to earn back your trust and we can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of.
