Ein Desaster !!!! Kein griechische essen und essen war meist kalt auch wenn frisch aus der Küche kam. Oft gingen die Teller und Gläser aus. Kaffeemaschine war oft defekt. Zimmer war voll mit Ameisen und Klimaanlage war 2 Tage defekt. Liegen wurden um 6 Uhr schon reserviert und dem hotel war es egal . Und das Token System ist eine Zumutung. Wasser war kosten pflichtig .

Regarding the room size, this information is clearly stated on our website and should also have been communicated by your travel agent. We are also sorry that our buffet did not meet your expectations. While our restaurant offers an international selection to cater to guests from many different countries, we do have Greek food every Thursday and every day during lunch, and our live cooking station is mostly focused on Greek dishes. Nevertheless, we appreciate your comments regarding the food temperature, availability of plates and glasses, and the coffee machines, and these have been forwarded to our Food & Beverage team for improvement. As we have three coffee machines in the restaurant, it is unlikely that all of them were out of order at the same time, but we will certainly review this matter carefully. Regarding the token system, it was introduced as part of our sustainability program to reduce unnecessary waste and the number of reusable cups left around the resort. Drinking water is available free of charge at all bars and restaurants. Only bottled water is chargeable for guests who prefer it. We also understand your frustration regarding the reservation of sunbeds. Our team regularly monitors the pool and beach areas, and we continue working on improving this experience for all guests.
