Als 5 Sterne Hotel ist Sofitel Dubai the Palm sehr elegant, sauber, kinderfreundlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man hat das Gefühl dass die Mitarbeiter dort gerne arbeiten und sie sich gerne um die Gäste kümmern. Bei unserer Abreise um 5.00 Uhr in der Früh haben sie (auf unserer Anfrage) um 4.30 Uhr eine Tüte voll mit Obst, Gebäck, Kaffee und Tee ins Zimmer gebracht, was uns sehr gefreut hat.
