Das Hotel ist auf einer schönen Anlage gelegen und befindet sich direkt an einer Lagune. Der Service ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel und insbesondere die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Es gibt auf der Anlage viele kleine Gärten sowie Sitz-und Liegemöglichkeiten zum Entspannen. Das Essen im Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Leider ist die Musik tagsüber am Pool manchmal sehr laut. Leider ist der Bass der Musikanlage auch so laut eingestellt, das er auch durch die geschlossene Tür im eigenen Zimmer gehört wird. Dies gilt auch, wenn es die Fisch-und Steak-Abende am Pool gibt. Die Badeinsel Zeytouna ist über einen Shuttle gut zu erreichen. Dort kann man gut entspannen. Das Mittagessen dort ist sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. In 5 Gehminuten ist man in der Innenstadt.
