Dear Ms Bärbel Elsa, First of all, we would like to thank you for choosing SUNRISE Montemare Resort -Grand Select- for your holidays. It was a pleasure for us to host you and we would like to thank you for sharing your vacation experience with others. We are sorry for not meeting all your vacation expectations. We know that each person has his own different vision of taste; leisure according to this we would like to reach maximum guest satisfaction. Head Management together with Guest Experience Team contacting our guests by the Resort infrastructure (pool; beach). We are kindly asking our valuable guest do not hesitate and inform about each single recommendation that we could act immediately and improve our valuable guest stay. Please be informed that Resort is operating all the year but we have preventive maintenance plan, according to which we are looking for well maintenance all the time. There is also ongoing room renovation by building which will not destroy guest leisure. May we thank you for taking the time to post these comments.
