Dear Ms Sandra, First of all we would like to thank you for choosing SUNRISE Montemare Resort -Grand Select- for your holidays. It was a pleasure for us to host you and on behalf of all team we would like to thank you for such valuable feedback. We are taking to consideration each single recommendation in order to make corrective action and prevent in the future, details regarding negative subject mentioned in reviews, assisting us to understand in details what we need improve and to make immediately action. Resort is operating all the year, however we have preventive maintenance plan in the Resort, to update public facilities furniture when its need and its ongoing room renovation. Room renovation is by closed building and won't disturb guest leisure. We would like to highlight that key might not work if it was kept next to the phone or any electronic devices, concerned Department will be informed regarding mentioned situation in order to make improvement.
