Thank you for recognizing aspects of our infrastructure such as Arola Vintetres, our rooms and services provided by our entire staff. Tivoli São Paulo – Mofarrej has a gym in its facilities, which business and staff is outsourced. We offered special rates for hotel guests. The first visit was free, and the following costs approximately 4 USD for 24 hour use. By request of some of our guests, we have reached an agreement and from now on, the use of their facilities is no longer charged. Therefor we hope this will come as a good news to you. We have taken due note of your suggestions concerning the Bistrô location and our pool size, which will be highly considered by our management team.
