Hotel als solches war ganz ok. Hier und dort könnte man sicher kleine Mängel problemlos beseitigen, die haben uns aber nicht besonders gestört. Das Essen war sehr lecker, Personal sehr freundlich. Nur mit unserem Zimmer hatten wir richtig Pech. Der Geruch war furchtbar und die ersten Tage von Urlaub nur außerhalb zum genießen. Schade.
Sehr unangenehmer, stark beisßender Geruch von Putzmittel, Spray oder ähnlichem, der erst nach 3- 4 Tagen langsam nachgelassen hat. Sonst ok.
Alles war sehr lecker. Besonders bei den kleinen Kuchen am Nachtisch Buffet hat jemand mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail /Deko immer gearbeitet. Vielen Dank dafür. Kaffee und Saft waren nicht so toll

You indicate in your comment that you were not happy with the service provided by the cleaning staff. I am very sorry about that - I understand your displeasure. Hygiene and cleanliness throughout the facility are a high priority for us, and this also includes the cleaning supplies which should not smell bad. This topic was prioritised at the last employee meeting. We are optimistic that we have resolved the problem and always aim to constantly improve our performance.
