Dear Max, Thank you for sharing your comments and for choosing to stay with us for your holidays. We are sorry to hear that certain aspects of your holiday did not meet your expectations. Please note that the rooms are mopped daily with detergent, tea bags and coffee is replaced daily and whenever it is required by the guest. The same applies to the bathroom amenities. The mini bar and water is checked and replaced daily. The sheets are changed every second day and we do also provide a service where you can have your sheets changed daily. We do hope that you contacted some member of staff regarding the issues you had so that we could promptly rectify, giving us the opportunity to make your stay more enjoyable. We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the food. We believe that we provide good quality and a wide variety of food to choose from, offering something to satisfy everybody’s taste.
