Dear Heide, thank you for choosing TUI BLUE Palazzo del Mare for your holidays and for taking the time to review our hotel. We would like to thank you for your positive comments regarding our staff’s service and our facilities. However, we are disappointed to hear that we did not manage to meet your expectations on some aspects during your stay. We are truly sorry to know you were unsatisfied with our buffet selection, as we believe we offer a big variety of dishes to suit everybody's tastes. Kindly note that in our hotel we strive to create an inclusive environment where all our guests from different international backgrounds can find dishes to suit their tastes. Additionally, as our hotel follows the TUI BLUE concept, our Restaurant offers three different themed nights per week, around which the menu of the buffet is shaped. However, our guests are able to find daily both Greek traditional dishes, such as pork gyros, beef stifado, shrimps saganaki and many more, as well as local dishes from Kos, like pork with bulgur, stuffed zucchini flowers, etc. which have eastern influences due to the island's location.
