Gutes Hotel, aber nicht auf dem Niveau wie TUI son

Poolanlage ist schön, sehr sauberes Hotel. Hält lange nicht den TUI Standard den wir gewohnt sind von anderen TUI Magic Life, Kids Clubs oder Robinson. Massenabfertigung (zu groß) mit langen Schlangen, schlechte Getränke mit vielen potenziellen Extra Kosten (sehr unnötig für einen Crepe 3€ zu verlangen in einem All IN Hotel)......Umgebung leider auch sehr gewöhungsbedürftig. Service beim Check In leider unfreundlich.. Gutes Hotel, aber nicht das wir von TUI kennen.

Our hotel has two types of all-inclusive: a standard all-inclusive and an all-inclusive plus, where the guest can choose which one they want to purchase, so they don't have to pay for services they know they won't use. All related information is published in detail on our website and our Princess app, where we detail which products are included and their respective additional costs in the case of a standard all-inclusive, so that each person can be informed of the aspects that are essential before booking. In this way we try to avoid that the person arrives at the hotel expecting something that we do not offer from the beginning and that saddens us. On the other hand, we are sorry to hear that your check-in experience was not as pleasant as you expected.
