Tolles Stadthotel mit grandiosem Aus- und Weitblick mit absoluter Topanbindung an die Metro. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, um zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten Dubai zu gelangen. Viele Buslinien verkehren dort, die Metro hält auch direkt vor der Tür. Wer zudem Strand sucht, hat ebenfalls einen Beach Shuttle vom Hotel zum Strand und zurück. Das Zimmer (Appartment) im 38. Stock mit Blick auf The Palm und den Burj Khalifa war ein absoluter Traum. Sehr modern eingerichtet und von der Größe her mit kaum einem anderen Hotelzimmer vergleichbar. Man hat genug Platz, sogar mit Küche. Küche war aber gar nicht notwendig, da uns ein tolles Buffet morgens und abends zur Verfügung stand. Sehr viel Auswahl und wechselnde Speisen. Jeder findet etwas, was ihm/ihr schmeckt. Der Service bzw. die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist ausbaufähig, aber auch noch vollkommen okay. Wir hätten uns beim Check-in bzw. vor allem bei Checkout mehr Kommunikation gewünscht, insbesondere, wie es uns gefallen hat, etc. Da kam leider gar nichts, nicht mal schönen Rückflug. Das Hotel als solches können wir aber absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder!

Great city hotel in the middle of Dubai Great city hotel with a magnificent view and excellent metro connections. The hotel's location is ideal for reaching all major attractions in Dubai. Many bus lines operate there, and the metro stops right at the door. For those looking for a beach, there is also a beach shuttle from the hotel to the beach and back. The room (apartment) on the 38th floor with a view of The Palm and the Burj Khalifa was an absolute dream. Very modernly furnished and incomparable in size to almost any other hotel room. There is plenty of space, even with a kitchen. However, the kitchen was not necessary as we had a great buffet available in the morning and evening. A lot of variety and changing dishes. Everyone can find something they like. The service or the friendliness of the staff could be improved, but it's still quite okay. We would have liked more communication during check-in and especially at checkout, particularly regarding how we enjoyed our stay, etc. Unfortunately, there was nothing, not even a "have a nice flight back." However, we can absolutely recommend the hotel itself and would love to come back!
