Dear guest Sunny greetings from Utopia beach club team First of all we would like to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback coming from your stay in Utopia beach club and also for your comment about service and staff , this comment even negative in some points but will help us to improve our service in order to satisfy all Utopia guests . Secondly we would like to apologize to you if something happened and disturbed or made your holiday not enjoyable . Third let us clear the situation about what you have mentioned starting withe the restaurant you have said that was too small but actually it is not small as we have more than 400 seats per round if you will compare the capacity of hotel excluding the rooms to the Italian guests we will have about 500 guests when hotel is full , sure that all guests will not eat in the same moment , the second solution we have done to avoid this problem we open the buffet earlier than expect for example the dinner normally start at 19:00 but we start at 18:30, the third thing we do by putting second buffet on the restaurant terrace in order at avoid any queues. Regarding the animation program was loud we will advise the animation chef too reduce the volume , as you have seen that the animation program start at 20:30 ending at 22:30 , the hotel is large we have different bars where the guests do not like the animation shows to stay and enjoying the whole relax. About the food we will talk with our chef to change the menus in order to satisfy all guests providing more food variety , as you have seen that we have built new live cooking so by lunch and dinner you find different kind of meat specially grill chicken duck turkey calamari fish craps , beside the pasta station every day two times you find pizza specially in the evening .
