Zum 8.Mal im Utopia. Super Riff unser Hauptgrund, aber da inzwischen Ukrainer 90% der Gäste ausmachen ,wissen wir nicht, ob wir nochmal kommen.Niemand der Gäste hält sich an Coronaregeln (eine Maske hab ich den ganzen Urlaub ausser am Personal,nie gesehen)und dem Personal ist es egal. Bei Ankunft keine Kontrolle ob geimpft getestet oder irgendwas. Frage:geimpft, Antwort Ja wurde aber nicht kontrolliert.
Groß aber doch schon ziemlich abgewohnt Gute Matratze
Da während unserem inzwischen 8.Aufenthalts im Utopia zum 1.Mal Ukrainer da waren und zwar 90%!!!! der Gäste ,gab es vermutlich wegen Rationierungsmassnahmen ,wirklich jeden!!!! Tag das gleiche Essen. Reis, Kartoffeln, Erbsen Karotten Bohnen, gegrilltes Hähnchen ,Rindergulasch und Fisch in der gleichen Form. Das war nach 2 Wochen fast nicht mehr zu ertragen. Wir sind wirklich anspruchslos und haben bis jetzt noch nie übers Essen im Utopia gelästert aber immer das Gleiche geht einfach nicht.
Personal wie immer gut aber keine coronaregeln wurden kontrolliert

Dear guest Warm greetings from Utopia beach club team first of all we would like to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback coming from your last stay in Utopia beach club and also for your comment even negative in some points and we would like to apologize to you if you did not enjoy your stay this time but as you know that what we have now is not normal situation but ab normal due to Corona virus all over the world and closing the borders or few flights from west Europa and we have to keep the hotel open. Secondly we want to clear the situation about check in that they did not ask about vaccination as by arrival the receptionist take all paper the guest has and make copies of all documents passport vaccine certificate or green passport of each guest with hotel voucher or PCR test if the guest not vaccinated. Third to reduce the number of guests on the buffet we put another buffet outside , one inside and the live cooking in order to avoid any crowded raw. For the food we will do our best to provide more food variety specially after opening the live cooking starting providing pizza and grill . If we have to apologize to you but we still hoping that we will welcome you in your second home Utopia beach club in your next vacation. Thanks and best regards Hotel management
