You picked a quarrel to animation team of hotel and tried to pour drinks on dj equipments and then we gave the warning as the hotel management and spoke to your travel agency. Then you gave your word and signed that you will never ever exhibit these behaviors. We still can see that you keep doing these bad threatments. In these cases we are entitled to defense ourselves and we have the rights to proceed which is necessary. We aim to please our guests very hard and we are getting laudatory comments on the websites TripAdvisor, Holidaycheck etc. Also our animation team members are getting compliaments from our guests even if you mentioned about them bad.
