Dear Leon, Thank you for your time to tell us about your experience at Resort Hotel. I'am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Oscar Resort , we strive to provide a good service experience for every customer and guests; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. In the meantime we do not have room number 3109!!!. All room numbers are three digit numbers. We already done our refurbishments between 20th December - 30th January 2019. All outdoor painting jobs and garden works as well as outdoor facilities are finale on the date of 1st Feb 2019.
