Direkt am Mandraki-Hafen steht der ehemalige Gouverneurspalast. Das an den Dogenpalast in Venedig erinnernde Gebäude zeigt venezianisch-gotische Stilelemente und maurische Einflüsse und wurde 1927 während der Zeit der italienischen Besetzung errichtet und deren Gouverneur hatte hier seinen Sitz. Heute befindet sich ein Bürgerbüro in dem Gebäude.
