Creta Maris Resort

Thank you for your message and your kind interest in Creta Maris Beach Resort! We would like to inform you that a baby room with toys for babies up to 5 years old is available from July to August, 6 days/ week (necessary presence of a parent/ guardian), while our kids’ club that operates throughout the season is available only for kids 4 to 11 years old. Wir waren im September im Hotel und da waren das Hotel schon recht voll. Man bekam aber immer einen Platz im Restaurant. Bei den Liegen am Strand fand sich zu späterer Stunde nur mehr vereinzelte Bereiche die frei waren. Es wird leider recht viel reserviert.

Dear Natalie, Thank you for your message. Please kindly be informed that we offer 1 indoor heated pool, 6 outdoor pools & 6 children’s pools naturally heated by the sun. Moreover, please be kindly informed that our resort is situated in Hersonissos one of the most cosmopolitan place on Crete, with many shops, restaurants and bars. Also, kindly be informed that once a week the real Cretan Open Market “Agora” is being organized in the resort premises, thus offering our guests the chance to buy local goods and handmade jewelries made by the locals. Hallo Michael... Du musst dir die Anlage wie ein kleines wunderschönes Dorf vorstellen. Wunderschön! Wir waren unten am Strand und hatten seitlich den Blick zum Meer. Es war groß und sauber. Das war für uns wichtig. Wir lernten dort weitere liebe Urlauber kennen die eine Suite hatten und das war riesig mit dem Blick zum Aquapark und einer sehr großen Terrasse.... Es ist schwer zu sagen welche Zimmer schön ist ... LG Sandra

also ich denke ganz bestimmt. dort sind die leute super nett. melde dich an der reception und die werden ganz bestimmt etwas tun. oder schreibe vorgängig eine mail mit deinen wünschen. bin überzeugt dass auf deinen wunsch eingegangen wird. wir werden am freitag wieder dort ankommen. viel glück und herzliche Gratulation zur hochzeit.

Dear Kerstin, We would like to inform you that all food items consisting of allergen ingredients are clearly, individually marked in all our menus and on the buffets. However, our kitchen is not an allergen free environment, thus we encourage guests with such restrictions to fill in our food allergies/intolerances form as soon as they will complete the booking procedure and to make themselves acquainted upon arrival to the guest service team or the F&B representative of every restaurant where all available options will be discussed in order to meet any needs. Please kindly be informed that your children may enjoy 6 children’s pools, outdoor playground, Waterpark (please see the age/height restrictions on our website – Activities – Creta Maris Waterpark), Baby Room with toys (up to 5 years, from July to August, 6 days/ week, except from Sunday, necessary presence of a parent), mini disco (6 times a week), many sports facilities and everyday animation program.
