Dear Matthias, Thank you for your message and your kind interest in Creta Maris Beach Resort! We would like to inform you that our Deluxe rooms are 27-30 m2 and are located either at the Maris building, the Terra building or at the Bungalows. They include one bedroom, bathroom with bathtub or shower, balcony or terrace, and accommodate 1 up to 3 adults + 1 infant. We also offer Family Rooms, which are bigger in size and are ideal for a 2 Adults & 2 Children family.
