Sehr gepflegte, riesige Anlage. Sie bietet für jeden etwas - wer viel Abwechslung im Urlaub braucht ist hier richtig, genau so sind Sie hier richtig, wenn Sie es eher ruhig und entspannt angehen lassen wollen. Einen besonders guten Job machen die Gärtner! Die Die Zimmer im renovierten adults only Bereich sind sehr stilvoll und gemütlich.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick im frisch renovierten adults only Bereich des Hotels. Das Zimmer war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr großzügig. Gleichzeitig hatte es mit der indirekten Beleuchtung etwas total gemütliches. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Minibar wurde entgegen der vorherigen Ankündigung nur ein mal aufgefüllt.
Das Essen traf genau unseren Geschmack, es war sehr abwechslungsreich und durchweg lecker - sowohl im Buffet-Restaurant, als auch in den getesteten À-la-carte Restaurants Wenn man ein Haar in der Suppe suchen möchte, dann könnte man den Fokus auf den Aufbau des Buffet-Restaurant legen. Hier staute es sich teilweise, da die Essensausgaben als lange Zeile angerichtet waren. Eine Insellösung wäre sicher sinnvoller, um das zu entzerren. Das wäre aber baulich nicht „mal eben“ umzusetzen. Aus dem adults only Bereich heraus musste man aber auch nie warten, bis man in das Restaurant hinein gehen konnte.
Das Personal war insgesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für unseren Geschmack hätte das Zimmer nach der Reinigung noch etwas sauberer sein dürfen (z.B. waren auf dem Boden manchmal Schuhabdrücke der Reinigungskräfte zu sehen und rund um das Waschbecken wurde nur selten gereinigt) und das Auffüllen der Minibar hätte regelmäßiger stattfinden dürfen. Wünschenswert wäre außerdem, dass das Verbot zum Reservieren von Liegen auch kontrolliert würde. Wir haben an keinem der Tage eine freie Liege am Strand oder an den Hauptpools bekommen, während ein Großteil der Liegen mit den Hotelhandtüchern blockiert waren und stundenlang keine Gäste darauf lagen.
Direkt am Strand und in wenigen Minuten ist Chersonisos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vom Trubel im Ort bekommt man im Hotel nichts mit. Mit dem Bus kommt man unkompliziert und schnell nach Heraklion oder Agios Nikolaos.

Regarding your comment about sunbeds, please allow us to mention that their reservation is not allowed. Furthermore, if towels are placed to unofficially reserve sunbeds before our pools open in the morning, our pool attendants are instructed to remove them. After 9:00 AM, we refrain from removing personal belongings or towels as we cannot ensure whether the guest is simply swimming, having a drink at the pool bar or simply temporarily not present. The enforcement of this policy is of great concern to us in order to ensure equal opportunity for every guest who wishes to enjoy our pools and beach. At the same time, whenever sunbeds are unavailable in a particular area, our team members are always happy to assist guests in locating available sun loungers at a nearby pool or in another area of the resort.
