However, unfortunately, your comment does not describe an experience or a specific incident at our hotel that caused you to rate us low. What you emphasize is the 5 euro air conditioning charge, a charge that you already knew before coming to our hotel. In general it would be good and useful for those who choose to write here to know well beforehand what they have booked, to be sure of their choice and what they also want from their holiday.
