Unser hotel war kein 4 sterne hotel das essen war fast immer gleich jedentag und der strand war so weit weg. Der flug und der transfer waren toll.

  • Wie hatten ein bungalow mit einem pool oder einer jakuzi erwartet haben ein normales zimmer bekommen und als wir gefragt haben ob wir drauf zahlen und wächseln können bekamen wir die antwort ihr seid noch jung ihr könnt ja zum pool gehen 😒

    Strand war so weit weg bars waren ok aber obwohl wir all inclusive gebucht haben waren nur einzelne getränke gratis wir müssten fast alles extra bezahlen.

    Dear Sevda, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback after your recent visit at the hotel Amnissos Residence. We would like to inform you that obviously you booked a Superior Bungalow room and you thought that all the Superior Bungalows include a Whirlpool or a Pool. We think that it is very clear from the agencies or the websites that we have three different categories of Superior Bungalows (Superior Bungalow Swim up (BSW), Superior Bungalow Whirlpool (2CW) and Superior Bungalow (2BU). It is very clear before you came to the hotel the type of room that you have booked. It wouldn’t be able to choose the type of the rooms at the hotel because they have different prices. The type of your room that you booked you took. We always follow the voucher paper from the tour agencies and we are pretty sure that you had the room that you booked. However, you can not complain publicly about situations that you think wrong and defame our hotel for something that is specified from the tour agencies before your arrival. Even if you did not like the room you booked, we are always at your disposal to change the room and get another room that you would like. But you never came at the reception to complain about anything. Furthermore, about the food we would like to inform you that we are following a fourteen-day menu and it is not possible to have the same food every day. In addition, everyday in our buffet we provide four different types of meats, vegetables, fishes, different types of salads, pastas, rice and traditional sweets. We have also the live cooking and everyday the options are different. Generally, we provide a Greek traditional, varied buffet for all the tastes. More, the all inclusive program provides all the types of alcohol for example (vodka,gin,tequila,whiskey,rum,raki,ouzo,brandy,wine rose,red and white and 5 cocktails) aren’t they enough? We think that we offered you many options. Of course we have and our signature cocktails in our menu which are payable. Regarding the location of the beach, we would like to mention that the beach is 100m away from the hotel and there is a club car available at the hotel to drive you to the beach upon request (free of charge). Therefore, we have solved and this issue as well. To conclude with, we regret that you were not satisfied with your stay with us, but we believe that your review is unfair and your sole purpose was to complaint and defame our hotel because you thought that you have booked a room with pool or whirlpool. In any case, we are very happy that we accommodated you at Amnissos Residence hotel and we will be happier if you see you again in the next future. Thank you in advance.
