Das Hotel ist leider in einem sehr schlechten verwohnten Zustand, auf dem ersten Blick ok aber der zweite Blick ist sehr verwohnt. Abgeplatze Emaille der Badewanne, schmutzige Wände, Matratze und Kopfkissen ekelerregend, überall Haare auf dem Boden, Spinnengewebe und natürlich die Bewohner dazu, schmutzige Tische beim Essen,usw. Keiner der annähernd Deutsch sprechen konnte, kein einziger... Weder an der Rezeption, noch an den Theken geschweige denn Deutschsprachige Gäste. Ich war leider sehr enttäuscht.

Indeed, Elenite complex is famous for its unique view and atmosphere. On the other hand, we are sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied with our servises. You seem to have had troubles with communicating German with our personnel. The main requirement for our staff is their professional skills, bur the front office manager and the reception desk know basic English and German, which is the must.
