Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig, vorallem die Dusche war von Anfang an schmutzig. Die zusätzliche Decke aus dem Schrank war schmutzig und wurde trotz Hinweise während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gewechselt. Die bestellungannehmende Kellnerin im Hauptrestaurant war extrem unfreundlich und ignorierte uns wiederholt. Positiv ist die Zimmergröße, sehr viel Platz. Die Poolanlage ist gepflegt, der Strand ist schön, die Strandliegen sind recht abgenutzt. Das Essen in Buffetform war ausnahmslos jeden Abend hervorragend!!!

While I wish you had a better experience concerning cleaning condition of your room which the housekeeping every year has refreshing training on the high standard of cleaning procedures and use of environmental cleaning products. Nevertheless we do apologize that we did not take any further action to solve the problem while you were here we take in consideration your comments and we follow on this matter.
