It was most disappointed to learn that certain aspects of your holiday had not met with your expectations and run as smoothly as you had wished, and I would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused. We as a hotel always try to make our utmost to ensure full satisfaction to our guests and offer the best possible attention and service. Glad to note that previous customers have expressed complete satisfaction with the quality of our facilities, and we are proud of the high standards we maintain throughout the hotel. Let us please kindly notice that most of the staff are speaking English and also, we have staff in the reception and in the main restaurant who speaking German.
