Firstly, allow me to extend our sincere appreciation for choosing to stay with us and for stating our Team’s friendliness - even at the end of the season -. Our principal is to provide professional service no matter what the time of the season is and I am pleased to read that our efforts have been noticed by you, as a valued guest. I have conveyed your positive comments to the Chef de Cuisine; we have been receiving constantly overwhelming praises on our food quality and we are very very proud. Your observations on the breakfast have been discussed already with our Chef de Cuisine and in regards to the animators we have addressed your comment with the outsourced company who provided the animators. Both suggestions will be rectified in the new season. In an effort to meet our German market’s Breakfast needs, may I please request that you email me some suggestions at epapapetrou@atlanticahotels.com. Your recommendations will be of great assistance for improvements. Our establishment is non smoking and smoking is allowed only at the designated public areas. As for the sunbeds at the Beach, I wish to clarify that all Ayia Napa Beaches are operated by the local municipality, therefore, there is a charge for sunbeds €2.50 + €2.50 for the umbrellas.
