Atlantica Sancta Napa Hotel

Dear Tina, thank you for staying with us and for letting us know how much you have enjoyed our food offerings, service and Hotel location. I was very sad to read that you have found the music loud. I assure you if you had mentioned it to our night Receptionist, she could immediately send the security guard to rectify the level of the music. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience. In regards to the construction, yes, there was some noise however, the noise was on the complete opposite side of the main building from where you were residing. Our Travel associate TUI, informed well in advance all guests who were booked at Atlantica Sancta Napa that, there was going to be some noise and all travellers were given the choice, for any guest who wanted, to be relocated to another Atlantica Hotel. Tina, Atlantica Sancta Napa is a successful operation because of the respect we extend to all our guests. We always ensure our guests are aware of what is happening at the Hotel to revert from Surprises. Our establishment has various room types from 21 square meters to 27 square meters. May I kindly suggest that on your next visit, should you wish to allow us to host you again, you may select a family room which is 26 square meters. The perfect, spacious room for 3 adults and for a relaxing Holiday. Sometimes travellers choose to purchase the less expensive option, the smaller room and they have different expiations.
