Dear Selina, Thank you for taking the time to share your comments and for choosing to stay with us. We are very sorry to hear that your expectations were not met and that you are not pleased with all aspects of the hotel. We take customer feedback very seriously and your comments have been noted and forwarded to the relevant departments for improvement. In regards to the food we apologize if you were not satisfied. We hope you had the opportunity to try the full selection of our restaurants in order to add more variety to your meals. Kindly note that the hotel offers 5 restaurants and 2 a la carte restaurants providing a wide variety of menus and dishes including Greek, Italian, Chinese and Mediterranean cuisine. There is also a daily rotation in the menus. We believe that we offer good quality and something to satisfy everybody’s taste and we are sorry to hear that you this was not to your satisfaction.
