Dear Franz, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re glad you enjoyed our facilities and found the staff to be friendly. In regards to the food temperature not being hot enough, we would like to inform you that we follow and enforce the HACCP regulations and ensure that the food served at the buffet is at the recommended temperature. The buffet keeps the food warm with a bain-marie in order to heat the food gently from underneath, but not to keep on cooking it after it has been delivered.
