Dear Benny, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us and with the HolidayCheck community. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused during your stay at the Blue Sea Holiday Village. We understand that in some parts you aren’t fully satisfied, but you must know that this time is a very busy one for us. The amount of guest is higher in comparison to other months. We are sorry if our services didn’t meet entirely your expectations, but all the staff is trying every day their best in order to satisfy all the need of all guests equally. Regarding the food, we offer a wide range of food options to our guests. Our clients can visit the main restaurant for international and local food and the "food court" at the pool area for greek & italian delicacies or salad, fruits and ice cream. We are sorry the food was not up to your preference. Last but not least, we would like to thank you for your kind words about our staff. They always try their best to fulfill our guests' wishes. We hope that there was still some enjoyment gained out of your holiday in Rhodes and that perhaps you might consider visiting us again at some point in the future.
