Das Hotel wurde nicht gebucht, aufgrund Überbuchung des eigentlichen Hotels mussten wir hier hin! Alle die wir kennengelernt haben, denen das ebenfalls passiert ist, waren auch nicht zufrieden mit dem Hotel Zwei Klassengesellschaft (Italiener werden bevorzugt behandelt)! Hotelzimmer dreckig und werden teilweise nicht gereinigt. Das Essen italienisch und jeden Tag das gleiche, sowie immer kalt! Der Pool vor den Zimmern 1001-1007 ist sehr verdreckt. Das Hotel ist super hellhörig, wenn im Zimmer nebenan jemand redet denkt man der steht mit im eigenen Zimmer. Personal ist freundlich, kann aber nur gebrochen englisch, geschweige denn deutsch. Das einzig positive ist abends die Jungle Bar, die Kellnerin Elisavet ist sehr nett und kann super englisch, dazu macht sie die allerbesten Cocktails!! Alles in allem kein erholsamer Urlaub sondern nur stressig und nervig!
Telefon funktioniert nicht. Der Kühlschrank sprang nach den ersten 2 Tagen mitten in der Nacht an und brummte laut. Ansonsten gute Aussattung
Das Essen war immer kalt! Es gab jeden Tag das gleiche Essen und alles nur italienisch! Das Frühstück was das ganz okay
Auf Nachfrage hat man direkt Handtücher bekommen, wenn das Zimmer mal nicht gereinigt gemacht wurde. Nochmal betonen möchte ich wie überaus freundlich die Kellnerin Elisavet von der Jungle Bar ist! Sie macht die besten Cocktails! Auch im Restaurant sind immer alle sehr nett
Es ist keine Stadt in der Nähe, für junge Leute nicht geeignet! Die Grillen rund um das Hotelgelände sind super nervig und höllisch laut! Sobald man sich vom Hotel entfernt hört man nichts mehr

Für deutsche nicht wirklich gut bzw. empfehlenswert, es ist alles auf italienisch. Auch deutsche Kinder werden nicht gefragt ob sie irgendwo mitmachen möchten

The hotel is located close to the Afandou beach. At a distance of two kilometers is the village of Afandou, where you may find many restaurants, taverns, cafes and bars. Regarding the phone, once you informed us about it, our maintenance team took action and they fixed it. The white noise from the fridge, shows that the fridge is trying to keep your items cool for you. We offer a wide range of food options to our guests. Our clients can visit the main restaurant for international and local food and the "food court" at the pool area for greek & italian delicacies or salad, fruits and ice cream. We are sorry the food was not up to your flavor preference. Kindly note that we will share your comments with our chef as we love to improve ourselves and offer the best quality to our guests. Also, we offer multilingual day and evening entertainment. Everyone is more than welcome to participate in every activity.
