Dear Peter, First of all, thank you very much for giving us the opportunity to be your accommodation in the Riviera Maya, it has been a pleasure to serve you. The feedback that you have shared is very important to us, it allows us to know our service through your eyes and to know new needs to satisfy; we appreciate the confidence in pointing out that we need quiet areas for the guests who are looking for a quieter rest, at the moment our animation team has the indication to carry out the activities from only one side of the hotel, but we understand if sometimes the enthusiasm is too much and reaches the other side. We will discuss this with our Entertainment Manager so that modifications can be made. On the other hand, we are pleased to read that you liked the beach and that the gastronomic offer and the cleanliness of the property have gained a positive impression.
