Aus DeutschlandSchöne Poolanlage. Junior Suite in die Jahre gekommen, aber okay. Möblierung der Junior Suite entspricht nicht der einer Junior Suite. Matratze war durchgelegen. Speisesaal dürfte mal komplett saniert werden. Sauberkeit im Zimmer war in Ordnung. Die Unterkunft war jetzt nicht der **********, aber der Urlaub war trotzdem schön. Super war, dass es nun eine Gästebetreuerin im Hotel gibt, die nicht von Tui kommt, aber direkt im Hotel angestellt ist. Und diese Dame hat uns sehr weiter geholfen und war extrem hilfsbereit. Ansonsten sind die Spanier ja ziemlich arrogant, aber wir waren sehr erleichtert, dass es die Gästebetreuerin (Frau Marketta) gibt. Hoffentlich ist sie 2025 auch noch da!
